 creees dans des clubs picards seront integrees a cette division. Les
 deux premiers de ce championnat seront promus en Regionale HDF. Il
 n'y a pas de descente, car ce groupe a vocation d'etre l'equivalent
 des departementales 59 et 62.</span></strong></p>
